Coming soon: Real Life Mario Kart at the Evoluon

Those who follow us know that we organized Real Life Mario Party at the Philips Stadium a while ago . That was really amazing!

Something else on our bucket list: Real Life Mario Kart. Unfortunately, that is a bit harder to recreate in real life. Closing off the A2, driving karts down the road, and throwing a banana peel or red shell at the same time seems irresponsible to us.

So we had to think further. Going to a kart track with karts was an option, but then it would very quickly start to resemble "regular" karting. Fortunately, there was a solution! Remote-controlled cars from Mario Kart. That way you have the characters, you can unleash all your creativity in designing the track, and it is safe as well, which is also not entirely unimportant.

We bought remote-controlled Mario Karts, thought about how we could build the track, and looked for a nice location for the first Real Life Mario Kart.

And now the time has almost come! This coming Friday, we are organizing Real Life Mario Kart at the Evoluon ( Next Nature ). Very cool! HaaKaan Strijp is also joining in the fun.
